I hate public libraries. Period. Especially, Tampines Regional Library. Why is it that everytime I go there to borrow this/these particular book/s,some yidiot has already borrowed them ? And these books would be only available much later. Argh. I hate it. When I want to read something, it ain't there! Stupid library users; worst of all, some books were supposed to be returned by that date and were like overdue. The worstestest part was that, HECKALOTTA books are missing. Like for example I search for Michael Crichton books, the status for most books was like MISSING or TRACE PLACED. WTH?! And the library search system is super screwed.WhenI type in some title, and specify the library branch to narrow the search resuslts - I keep on getting errors. They'd better do something about it.

World Cup is well underway. Soon to progress to Knockout stages. Sadly, Czech is out. Well, they didn't have many striking options anyhow. Germany, England, Argentina, Holland, Italy and Portugal are through. So is Brazil and erm Ghana. The hosts seem good this year. Let's see how it goes. I hope history repeats itself, in that Brazil has never won when they were HOT/CLEAR favourites. But I'm not counting on anything.
