Promos are over! I hope I'll promote - 'coz anything is possible.(for good or bad) Well, as usual post-promos aren't all that hyped-up as I imagined it to be. But they are still quite good; when you can just slack without feeling guilty about whether you should be spending the time mugging. Sort of a relief, I guess?
Well, the world has changed much in the meantime. Chelsea is going down the drain, Myanmar is in turmoil, stuff like that. Wonder if 1988 is going to be repeated? Bloodshed towards no end? Even if there is a people's revolt - it will be quite hard to overthrow the military, given that the base of command has been delocalised. Time will tell.
Planning on going to the Campaign to Confer the Public Service Star on JBJ play. Seems interesting, besides need to exercise the literary area of my mind - which woukd otheriwse suffer from attrition. Support the local arts scene seh...
